When I went to New Zealand in 2016 the flowers and Hydrangeas in particular were stunning. This painting has been created from a reference photo taken there. They truly are as bright and beautiful as I have painted them. I think this painting would look amazing in room full of blues and yellows and it would make such a statement piece.
