In a spring season when pansies were in bloom I did quite a few studies of them. This one started off as a watercolour and then was embellished with some metallic paint and pastel work. I particularly like the freedom the pastel work brings to this piece. With the addition of oval shabby chic frame with the cream hanging ribbon adds an old world charm.

using a tracking number to send it back.
